The Executive Guest Program is designed for spouses and partners accompanying registered attendees of the Canadian Petrochemical Summit.
Treat your Executive Guest to an exclusive experience with curated moments designed to delight and impress, including:
🟣Pre-Summit Activity – Begin your time at the Summit with a shared outdoor experience. Your guest can choose from a guided hike or mountain biking tour (additional fees may apply).
🟣Welcome Reception – An elegant evening of chef-crafted hors d’oeuvres and premium beverages, perfect for mingling with fellow industry leaders and their spouses or partners.
🟣 Cocktail Reception – A sophisticated prelude to the Gala Dinner, offering a chance to connect in style.
🟣Gala Dinner – Savour a four-course meal prepared by the Executive Chef, with every detail designed to create a memorable evening for you and your partner.
While Executive Guest Program participants cannot attend Summit sessions, they are invited to relax and indulge in the exclusive amenities of the Pomeroy Kananaskis between select events on June 17 and 18 (additional fees may apply).

Join an informative 3-hour hike that will highlight breathtaking must-see vistas in the area. This activity includes a guided hike, a gift bag including snacks. The hike departs from the Kananaskis Pomeroy Hotel.

Mountain Biking Tour
Summit Attendees & Executive Guests
Experience Kananaskis from a new perspective on a guided mountain biking tour. Led by a certified guide, you’ll explore some of the region’s most scenic trails over the course of a 2-hour ride, taking in sweeping views as you navigate a mix of paved trails and engaging single-track paths. Cyclists of all experience levels are welcome!
